Syntropy
A Python library for multivariate information-theoretic analysis of discrete and continuous data, aiming to be the "Networkx" of information theory. Implements entropy, mutual information, partial information decomposition, O-information, and information rates for time series, with discrete, Gaussian, KNN, and neural estimators.
